4 Year-Old Program
The 4 year old class operates Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:15am to 11:15am.
 
This class focuses on Kindergarten readiness as well a social and emotional development. We use the Second Step program as well as Handwriting Without Tears curriculum in class.  We use math in everyday play as well as reading and Zoo-Phonics skills for language development.
 
We are able to use the school library once a week and check out books to bring home. We also visit the school's computer lab and are learning how to use keyboards, the mouse and basic navigation skills. We will also get to enjoy whole school assemblies when appropriate. This class also will enjoy three off-site field trips throughout the year, pending Covid-19 protocols.
