Substitute Teaching
Day to Day Substitute Teacher compensation:
$170 per school day
$102 per day for one-half day assignment or less.
If you are interested in subbing at Pleasant Ridge schools, please click here for instructions on applying to the county sub-consortium. Unless we experience another substitute shortage crisis, our subs will once again be hired by NCSOS as we are pausing direct hires at this time. You will still have the option of subbing only at PRSD schools.
