Online Annual Registration Forms
- Create a PowerSchool Parent account (student accounts will not work). Many of you have already done this.
Important: A letter will be mailed home at the end of July with the necessary student information required to complete this process. For students new to PRSD, you will find your necessary Access ID and Access Password on the bottom of the "Welcome to Pleasant Ridge School District" email that was sent to you.

- Login to your new PowerSchool account and click the Ecollect button in the left-hand menu and fill out all required forms.
- Magnolia Parents - During Magnolia's registrations days (click here for dates and times), you will be required to verify the correctness of the contacts previously submitted online.
Cottage Hill, Arete, and Alta Sierra Parents - During the first week of school, you will be required to verify the correctness of the contacts previously submitted online. Your child will bring home a student contact page (click here for an example) during the first week for you to sign and return.
