Business Services
Welcome to the Business Services Department for Pleasant Ridge School District. Our main goal is to support the financial decisions made by the Board of Trustees. These decisions are guided by the educational goals and objectives outlined in the District's Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). They include:
- Develop, revise, and maintain the District's yearly budget
- Checking account reconciliations and district deposits
- Provide financial reports upon request by the Board, employees, and the community
- Administration of high-quality and innovative instructional and technology-based services
- Support a positive and engaging environment for students and staff
- Oversight of various facility repairs and improvements
- Process payroll for all certificated and classified personnel
- Coordination of compensation and benefits
- Payment of all invoices and employee reimbursements
- Purchase of all supplies and services
- Attendance reporting to the State
- National School Lunch Program administration
- Bulk photocopying for all sites
