Volunteer Opportunities
Tournament Day
Regionals is Saturday, March 2nd at Natomas High School in Sacramento.
Judge
Training Saturday, February 9th. Location:
We must have at least one judge registered by January 19th in order for the middle school to participate in the tournament.
Anyone can be a judge; you do not have to have a competing child. This is a great opportunity for elementary parents to build familiarity with the program if their child is interested in continuing through middle school.
If you have a competing child, you will not judge the same problem as your child, which means you will not see your child perform. For this reason, it would be ideal to have volunteers outside the middle school parent group.
Team Volunteer
Each competing team must provide at least one volunteer to fill a position on tournament day. (Concessions, merchandise, check-in booth, ect)
1-2 hour commitment opposite your team's performance time.
Skill Building Instructors
Teams will be putting on complete performances, with many technical elements and will need support in building the skills necessary to develop successful solutions. Snack Donations
Starting in January, when we move to a 6:00 end time, teams will be served a mid meeting snack. We are asking families to sign up to provide snack for the entire middle school group for one meeting. Click the Volunteer Sign-Up link above for more details.
